Wilma Jean Doty age 90 of Plainfield, Indiana formerly of Poultney, Vermont passed away on February 19, 2013 in Sugar Grove Senior Living in Plainfield. She was born on March 17, 1922 in Low Hampton, N.Y. to Joseph and Mary Soucek Vladyka. She was the widow of Eugene L. Doty who preceded her in death in 1996. Wilma was an inspector at a dress factory for several years. She was a member of the St. Raphael Catholic Church in Poultney, Vermont. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday February 25, 2013 at 2 p.m. in St. Susanna Catholic Church 1210 East Main St. Plainfield, Indiana with Father Glenn OConnor officiating. Calling will be one hour prior to mass in the church. Burial will be at a later date in Poultney Cemetery in Vermont. Survivors include her Daughters Janet Mahan and Patricia Van Guilder. Brother: Gerald Vladyda. 6 Grandchildren and 16 Great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 5 Brothers and 5 Sisters. Memorial contributions can be made to the Seasons Hospice 6400 Shafer Ct.
