San Antonio, TX Timothy James Stephenson Timothy James Stephenson 49, formerly of Poultney, VT died November 20,2014 in San Antonio, TX. Born July 11, 1965 in Bulter, PA he was the son of William and Mildred (Schaum) Stephenson. He was a graduate of the Southern New Hampshire University Culinary Program. Tim was a chef for many years having worked for The New England Culinary Institute in Montpelier, VT. He was employed with H.E.B. in Bulverde, TX until the time of his death. He is survived by his parents of Middletown Springs, Vt; one son, Conor Stephenson of Austin, TX and one daughter Aisling Stephenson of Bangor, Maine, by his siblings, brothers Michael Stephenson and wife Barbara of Poultney, Christopher Stephenson and wife Kathy of Poultney, and sister Erin (Stephenson) Rudd and husband Gary of FL, sister Kathy Kappes and husband John of VA; several nieces, nephews and cousins. A memorial service will be held on Saturday December 13, 2014 at 2 P.M. at the Roberts-Aubin Funeral Home, 266 Allen Ave. Poultney, Vt. Visiting hours will be held from 1 P.M. until the time of the service. Burial will be at a later date.
