With heavy hearts, we announce, the passing of our brother who was as unique as his name. Rolf William Knieriemen, 52, Poultney, Vermont passed away after a brief illness, at home on Sunday July 10th. He was born July 23rd 1963 to William and Ruth-Ann (Dreyer) Knieriemen. He was predeceased by his parents. Rolf is survived by his sisters, Jill Hauseman, and her husband Doug, and Sue Shear and her husband Pete both of Poughkeepsie, NY. A nephew, Jason Burger (Katy) and their son Jason, nieces, Kristin Burger and her children Jordyn and Jada, Kimberly Hauseman and Lindsay Hauseman. He is also survived by his friends and housemates Robert, Liza, James, Mike and Samantha. Rolf graduated from Spackenkill High School, Poughkeepsie, NY in 1981 and attended Green Mountain College in Poultney, Vermont. Rolf loved his animals, restoring old cars and was a loyal friend.
