Robert Carl Barker, Jr. 75, died Thursday March 28, 2019 at Rutland Regional Medical Center. He was born July 22, 1943 in Rutland, the son of Robert Carl Barker, Sr. and Georganna (Bushey) Barker. Although Bob had been residing in The Pines most recently, he spent most of his life living in Poultney. He is survived by his brother Edward Barker, Sr. and wife Mary, of Rutland, sister-in-law Ann Barker, and many nieces and nephews.
