Natalie Esther Duffy 88, died Tuesday morning January 14, 2014 at Rutland Health & Rehabilitation Center. She was born April 5, 1925 in Poultney the daughter of the late Jim and Winifred (Ward) Hughes. She is survived by her daughter Dawn Costello, of Phoenix, AZ two sisters, Daphane Wade, of Hampton, NY and Salome Garrapy of Poultney. Also by her wonderful caregivers Jill and Denis Shorey A memorial service will be held on Tuesday January 21, 2014 at 11 A.M. At the First Congregational Church U.C.C. of Fair Haven with the Rev.
