Leslie Caceres 69, died April 13, 2016 at her residence. She was born November 12, 1946 the daughter of Lewis and Ruth (Greene) Seamans. After graduating high school Leslie was married and had two children and had worked at General Electric where she was proud of her lathing skills, in 1979 she moved her family to central Florida were she became a certified nurses aid in 1980, she studied real estate in the 1990s and received her license and tried her hand in that all the while working other jobs. She returned to Vermont in 1999 to care for her parents and retired from Metro Mail. Leslie enjoyed gardening and telling amusing stories about her community and the neighbors pet chicken, she was a hard worker and enjoyed learning new things. Survivors include her daughter Wendy Jennings and husband Billy, her son Wes Martin, by her brother, Lewis Bud Seamans, grandchildren, Westley Martin and Alexandreia Jennings, also by her niece Dale Towsley and husband Karl and great nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents and a nephew. A memorial service will be held on Thursday April 21, 2016 at 2 P.M. at the Roberts-Aubin Funeral Home, with the Rev. Rolland Mitcheson officiating.
