Kent K. Morgan 83, died Friday morning August 26, 2016 at Rutland Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center after a long illness. He was born February 5, 1933 in Teaneck, NJ the son of Jerome and Susan (Grey) Morgan. Kent moved to Poultney in 2007 after retiring from the City of Kingston, NY as the city supervisor, to be closer to family. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict serving with the United States Air force. Kent is survived by his children, Keith K. Morgan (Brandi) of Poultney, Kathy S. Keegan (Daniel) of Gardiner, NY and Kim M. Steingler (Edward) of Wallkill,NY, by his brother Robert E. Morgan (Cathy) of South Carolina and by his 5 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents. Graveside Services will be held on Monday August 29, 2016 at 11 A.M. in Poultney Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the Roberts-Aubin Funeral Home.
