Rutland, VT Irene Delorenzi Irene Delorenzi 83, formerly of Poultney died Thursday February 9, 2017 at Mountain View Center Genesis Elder Care in Rutland. She was born August 6, 1933 in Cliffside Park, NJ the daughter of Walter and Michalina ( Karaszewska ) Bialkowski. Irene was a parishioner of St. Raphaels the Arch Angel Catholic Church. She enjoyed cooking, baking, knitting, watching and feeding the birds, painting, crafting, antiquing, collecting blue willow plates and roosters and she was an avid Bingo player and enjoyed listening and dancing to Polka music. She is survived by her two sons, David Delorenzi and wife Lisa, of Clearwater, FL and Bill Delorenzi of Poultney. By her granddaughter Stephanie of Clearwater, Fl and her step grandson Jeff Blanding and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband Paul Delorenzi who died July 25, 2007 and by her siblings, Helen, Jean, Henry, Gene and Joe. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday February 15, 2017 at 5 P.M. at the Roberts-Aubin Funeral Home, located at 266 Allen Ave., Poultney. The family will receive friends and family from 4:30 P.M. until the time of the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the Poultney Rescue Squad at P.O. Box 76, Poultney, VT 05764.
