Gloria Louise Bahan 67, of East Poultney, VT left us on Sunday, September, 18, 2011 while surrounded by her children at her home. She was born April 17, 1944 in Burlington, VT to Lowell DeCell and Doris Bourne. She was soon thereafter adopted by Harry & Mildred ORourke of Castleton, VT. Gloria was happily employed at Foley Services for over 14 years as a seamstress. Her hobbies included spending time with her family, gardening, hunting, fishing, hiking with her grandchildren and Radar, her dog. She is survived by her children; Bonnie Corsi and her husband Pete of Rutland, VT., Francis Daniels and his wife Michelle of Fair Haven, VT., Donna Chamberland and her husband George of West Rutland, VT., Donald Daniels and his wife Karina of Pennsville, NJ., Ronald Daniels and his wife Janice of Fair Haven, VT., Randall Daniels and David Lau of Turtle Creek, PA., Frederick Daniels and his wife Brennyn of Fair Haven, VT., and her stepchildren; Theodore Bahan, Jr of Poultney, VT., Sherri & Rick Lantman of Ira, VT., Scott & Marie Bahan of Kingston, NH., and Darlene & Jason Church of Castleton, VT. She is also survived by her siblings; Stanley Bourne of Rutland, VT., Elizabeth Lynch of Castleton, VT., Margaret Coburn of Danby, VT., Bonnie & Lorraine DeCell of MT, Lloyd DeCell of ID., Laura Mangan of Mendon, VT., her 36 loving grandchildren and 18.95 great grandchildren, along with numerous nieces nephews and cousins. Gloria was predeceased by her youngest angel Barbara Jean, her loving husband Theodore Bahan Sr., siblings, Harry ORourke Jr., Ida Kelly, Larry Sourdiff and Lowell DeCell Jr. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, September 21st, 2011 from 5:00PM until 7:00PM at the Roberts Aubin Funeral Home, located at 266 Allen Avenue in Poultney, VT. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, September 22nd at The Roberts Aubin Funeral Home, with Reverend Holly Noble officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Foley Cancer Center at the RRMC.
