Dennis C. Shorey passed away Sunday morning July 31, 2016 at Rutland Regional Medical Center after a long illness. He was born February 22, 1952 in Montpelier the son of Charles and Betty (Booska) Shorey. He is survived by his wife Jill (Taggart) Shorey of Fair Haven, by his three sons, Craig and wife Shelby of Wallingford, Moonshine Shorey of Fair Haven and Todd and wife Berta of Fair Haven, by his daughter Debbie and husband John of Georgia. Also by his grandchildren, Will, Nathan and James. A private Celebration of his life will be held at the convenience of the family.
