Poultney Anne L. Dennis Anne L. Dennis 78, died Thursday afternoon May 29, 2014 at Rutland Regional Medical Center. Born March 11, 1936 in Newark, NJ the daughter of the late Louis and Anna (McGuire) Price. She was a graduate of Verona High School; Verona, NJ class of 1954. Anne furthered her education at Syracuse University where she received a B.A. Degree in 1958. Anne married the late Richard A. Dennis Sr., in 1958. She enjoyed flowers, especially her orchids, cherished her cats, was an avid reader, enjoyed cooking, loved outdoor gardening, knitting, and crocheting. Anne is survived by her 3 sons, Michael A. Dennis and wife Nathalie of Chester, NJ, Mark A. Dennis of Atlantic Highlands, NJ and Richard A. Dennis Jr. of Gainesville, GA, by her sister Patricia Shell of Atlanta, GA and her grandchildren, Casey A. Dennis, Kyle A. Dennis and Courtney L. Dennis and by several nieces and a nephew. Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made to the Richard A. Dennis Sr. Professorship Fund in care of Sam Ankerson Director U.V.M.
